”Bathroom was not clean. Hair from the previous visitor was on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower curtain was discolored. Elevator was too small, and only fit 1 person with their belongings in it at a time. Crumbs on top of the fridge. Found someone’s credit card in one of the drawers, which also indicated that they’re not cleaning the rooms properly. Indoor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. ”Had the best stay. Came from another hotel and changing hotels to this one was the best decision I made. Amazing hotel!”

”Breakfast and coffee included would have made a difference. The hotel was also very cold. They adjusted it by the second night but it was unnecessarily over-chilled. Otherwise, very nice rooms.”

”do not park in the street, white plains does not allow overnight parking. the fee is $20 but you would have to move the car by 8am. the $25 parking fee is great because this hotel offers a 12pm checkout time”

”I’ve booked direct before and don’t remember being charged for parking $15 per day which is crazy since there is ample parking surrounded by businesses who would certainly not use the hotel’s parking. It may be because I booked with Expedia which was a huge savings even with paying for parking, my only surprise.”

”I really liked the location of the hotel. The staff was friendly. The shower was very nice. The bed was comfortable. I wish there was a full length mirror. I also wish there was somewhere to unpack my stuff & more hanging space. The best part was that it was a 4 min walk to the bus to Main street Flushing & a deli/convenience store Also only about a 6 min walk to College Park with tons of delicious mom & pop diners/restaurants, discount stores, groceries, market/delis.
