”The front desk staff Kritina on the evening shift was amazing. The property was clean but dated. We had four people, a king with a sofa bed and the sofa bed was essentially springs covered in cloth, no one should be asked to sleep on that regardless of the price of the hotel room. The hotel needs to get all new sofa mattresses. The front desk staff very kindly upgraded us to be able to all sleep in beds. ”

”For the most part the room seemed ok. But the deodorizer used and overused inside the mini fridge made us ill. This chemical permeated our food and water containers and we were sick for a full day afterwards. (Our waterbottles, not disposable types, still reek 2 days later after scrubbing thrm with alcohol. We will need to know what that chemical was due to the sensitivity we experienced. Overuse of scented chemicals does not confer cleanliness.
Parking was fine and ac unit worked very...

”Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

”My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day.”
