”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”This is a great boutique hotel in a vibrant neighborhood and within walking distance to the Mag Mile, the river walk, the beach, and old town. It’s surrounded by shopping and restaurants and is a very safe area. They have a roof top pool and a roof top lounge, which was very nice and fun and had great views. The only downside is that the valet parking is very expensive compared to other hotels, but it was worth it to me. ”
”Claridge house has a nice location in Chicago Gold Coast. Room was ok, no frills, Sushi restaurant downstairs was good. Things I did not like:
1. "amenities fee" $20 per day added to your quoted price.
2. Rooms were not cleaned daily "because of COVID".
3. At checkout I was told the receipt has been emailed to me. I never received it.”
