No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. ”The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”

”AC was great and actually turned it to heat as the evening was chilly. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and good shower !!”

”Check in was good. Exercise room had several broken pieces of equipment. Fire alarm was set off at 545 by staff and no one knew what was going on. No shampoo or body wash in shower.”

”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Excellent experience for my family. I think my only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking even staying at the lodge. Other than that, it was alittle pricey, but expected! Excellent families with young ones! Five stars from me regardless!”

”Close to historical places is plus. Overall it was quiet. The attendant ( lady) who performed the check in was not friendly or professional. In the other hand the male guest was very friendly professional and polite. Strong smell of Clorox on bedding and towels. The texture of the towels was hard they need to purchased new ones. Room needed a little sweeps and bathroom is really small.”

”The carpet was old, stained & brown. I kept my shoes on the whole time. The headboard & interior of door was stained. Road noise comes right through the window unit a/c that was screwed into the plywood back wall. Musty smell. Bathroom was clean & recaulked. Mattress was fine, linens old. Coffee only/sign said no breakfast as of 1-1-26. Pool “closed for season” on Memorial Day weekend. Friendly staff.”
