”Had to ask on day 3 for someone to bring clean towels and empty trash. That was the only day the room was serviced. Our room smelled like a wet dog. The staff was very nice. I dont know if they lack in staff but there hospitality part is lacking severely!”

”Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

”Our room has several random questionable spots on the curtian, wall in the bathroom, the bathtub was not clean at all with sand in it. we had to clean it ourselves before showering. The sick would not drain properly which I told the front desk lady about. We didnt know about the shower til later. The breakfest is not what we usually have gotten at other Hampton inns. The staff was friendly and nice. Just not sure what happened with the sink not getting fixed before we left. We were there for 2...

”The room for the needs of my adult son. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice having a kitchenette. ”

”Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

”The room we were given had a smoke smell but we we soon given another room that was fine. Everything worked well. Breakfast ok -- except for the all-too-common plastic cutlery and plates -- not ecological. ”

”Room was old outdated dirt in corners, parking lot had trash all around.The sink hot water took 10 minutes to get hot. the breakfast was way below average. I will not be returning to this hotel the pictures are not accurate. this is a 1 star hotel.”

”Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.”
