No hot water in the bathroom, a refrigerator that wasn’t cold. Putting a desk chair on rollers on a tile floor was a recipe for disaster as it slid out from under me and I fell. ”The facilites are extremely outdated and you are met with a cigarette smell upon entry into the facility. I saw a live roach on the floor I was booked for. the carpet in my room was torn, the shower needed caulking and there was mold on walls. the cigarette smell permeated into my room as well. I was just generally uncomfortable for a $300 2 night stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly and were the only upside to my stay.”

”AC was great and actually turned it to heat as the evening was chilly. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds very comfortable and good shower !!”

”Check in was good. Exercise room had several broken pieces of equipment. Fire alarm was set off at 545 by staff and no one knew what was going on. No shampoo or body wash in shower.”

”Hotel staff was kind but short with communication. The hotel was clean, but you could tell that it had a high turnover rate of customers. The lobby was very updated and welcoming. I would like to add that the toilets are very loud when flushing and you can hear people flushing their toilet from another room.”

”Excellent experience for my family. I think my only complaint would be that you have to pay for parking even staying at the lodge. Other than that, it was alittle pricey, but expected! Excellent families with young ones! Five stars from me regardless!”
