”Hotel is in a very rundown neighborhood.
Security guard in the parking lot and I was glad that he was there.
No amenities in the hotel and I didn't see any stores nearby.
Tub had lots of hair on the surfaces -perfunctory wipe down by cleaning staff.
Cheap hotel, but still overpriced.”

”I thought the room would have been cleaner. I found dust on the alarm clock and the clock didn’t work. There was dust on the carpet next to the walls You were told you could park in front of the room but usually there weren’t spaces so you had to park a bit away. The rep appeared more confident you could park in front of the room. Cleaning staff and pool staff and attendant were so friendly ”

”Overall room was fine and location reasonably close to the airport . The hotel sits across the street from a concert venue/bar and the music blared until 2am. Then for some reason at 4am they were loudly emptying the dumpsters in the area. Not the fault of the hotel but not a restful night unfortunately. ”

”It took 30 min to check in. The parking was a challenge and they charged me a destination fee of $40 that they did not disclose when I finally did check in. I am disappointed in the overall service and elevators took a long time to navigate because they were not keeping up with demand. Great location but not going to stay again unfortunately”

”Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again.”

”You really do feel like you’re walking into your own oasis when you step into this hotel. On the outside it’s very assuming, on the inside area it’s very light and bright, nice music playing, very friendly staff. The pool area is beautiful, we had an easy time getting chairs every morning. My son’s favorite part was all the complementary snacks:) The pool was very cold but refreshing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, we loved how spacious they were and that we had a separate living area...
