”Booked for the fire pit but it wasn’t on. The free breakfast wasn’t great. Not sure what the eggs were. Our tv would also turn off while trying to look at the menu which was frustrating, and there wasn’t hotel info or check out on it that we could find. I don't like having to use apps on my phone for that. ”

”Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Beds and pillows were below average. Our room also had a very noisy AC unit that made it difficult to sleep, though staff were able to fix it to make it more manageable.
We had to ask multiple times to have our room cleaned.
Breakfast in the mornings was above average with lots of options.
Overall, for the price, I do think there are better options available and would not book here again.”

”Suite was beautiful but would NOT stay again...
1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office.
2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is.
3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered...

”Normally Hilton’s are okay, but this stay was an exception. I was greeted to a bathroom that smelled like someone had had horrible diarrhea, and when I went to wash my hands the soap bottle was empty.
Not exactly a great start.
Then I went to bed looking forward to sleeping in only to have the alarm clock wake me up at 5:45am.
Then there’s the parking. You have to use a QR code. As soon as I stepped out to get the license plate number so I could validate my car there was already a warning...

”Included breakfast was a pastry, juice and a coffee. Nothing like the continental breakfast found at most hotels. They have bacon and egg sandwiches for an extra cost, but they are even more expensive than McDonalds. Unclear what time the pool opens, time on the sign is a couple hours earlier than the actual time in the morning. Pool furniture is a couple seasons past replacing on some pieces, but they are a good source of nesting material. Room was comfortable and housekeeping staff helpful...

”We loved the pools and hot tubs. We had all our meals at the WKP sports bar and loved the food, drinks, staff and music. We did a deep tissue massage at the spa; excellent service. There’s a lot of above and beyond little perks here. I think it’s the staff at all the areas of the resort that really make the difference and make it an excellent vacation. I would definitely stay here again.”
