âIt was our second stay in Los Abrigos and we loved it even more than the first time. Riva Eco Guest House did not disappoint us: we were welcomed by Brahian on our late arrival to be shown into a spacious, light room on C level, with very comfortable mattress. The hotel is very clean, with good functional kitchen, good insulation.

âVery good option if you have an early morning flight from Tenerife South Airport. Hostal NeĂłn has airport transfer service or you can also take a taxi or local bus. Family owned and the receptionist (young man) very friendly and helpful. Very clean and the price is very moderate. â
âLoved our stay at the Reveron Plaza. Location very convenient for beach, shops and bus station. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and food always fresh. Loved the rooftop pool area to chill and not busy. Staff helpful and friendly. Suited our needs perfectly rather than staying in a large complex. A bar area would have been nice to have a drink in the evening but hotel was within short walking distance of plenty of bars and restaurants so not a major problem for us. â

"The concept of running a big hotel complex all inclusive and activities via application would be nice if the created app would work. We stayed for 5 nights and the application was not working at any point. We missed many activities because of the issue.
The food was good, try especially different cheeses with honey. The smoothie buffet was so delicious.
The hotel is nice, rooms spacious. You get a small workout every time you go somewhere as there are a lot of stairs anywhere you go.
Taxi to airport costs around 20 euros, to Los Americas 30 euros.
We chose all inclusive as there is nothing near this hotel. But our main thing was only to relax and enjoy sun and food. Beach towels could be changed at any time.
You need taxi to go anywhere. There is a tiny shop at the hotel, but it has mostly souvenirs.
Location near airport did not bother at all.
Overall the experience was good, but will probably not return to this hotel."
"EnsimmÀinen 12 tuntia hotellissa oli tÀysi fiasko. Meille kerrottiin, ettÀ tarjolla on myöhÀÀn saapuvien buffet - ei ollut. Ravintolan esimies kÀvelytti meitÀ ympÀri hotellia ja loppupeleissÀ ainoa ruokavaihtoehto oli sporttibaarin kylmÀt voileivÀt. Pettymys oli suuri. Seuraavana aamuna menimme nÀlkÀisenÀ aamiaiselle ja löysin salaatistani kuusi pientÀ ötökkÀÀ. Reklamaationi otettiin onneksi vakavasti ja hyvitystÀ tapahtuneesta tarjottiin.
Onneksi loma lÀhti kulkemaan alkua paremmin ja ruuan laatukin koheni. Palvelussa oli hieman toivomisen varaa ja esimerkiksi aamiaisella, lounaalla ja pÀivÀllisellÀ tilaamamme juomat unohdettiin monta kertaa.
SiisteydestÀ pidettiin huolta ja ravintoloita ja allasalueita siivottiin nonstoppina. Huoneessamme oli kuitenkin muutamia lasipintoja, jotka eivÀt olleet ihan niin siistit kuin olisi pitÀnyt olla.
Olimme lomalla alle 1- ja 3-vuotiaan lapsen kanssa. Lapset oli huomioitu hienosti miltei kaikkialla, siitÀ plussaa. En kuitenkaan tiedÀ, tulisimmeko uudelleen, sillÀ kaikki osa-alueet jÀttivÀt toivomisen varaa ja viiden tÀhden tasoon on mielestÀmme matkaa. Sain myös ruokamyrkytyksen toiseksi viimeisenÀ pÀivÀnÀ, joten viimeinen vuorokausi meni sÀngyn pohjalla.
