”I need to get some refund as I was given a room that has a side door. I couldn't sleep the whole night as the next door room person was snorring and it was like in my ears. I also told the lady at the counter next day morning”

”I love this hotel, but my last couple of visits disappointed me because the pool and jacuzzi spa were not in proper operating order. The pool was fine for the most part, but there was some debris floating in it. The jacuzzi was not as hot as a spa should be and the jets were not working. These items are one of the main reasons that I always book with you when I come to the Mt. Laurel area.”

”The place is clean and adequate. I had only very minor issues. The refrigerator was not working but when I brought it up with the staff, they replaced it in a timely way, replacing it while I was gone and moving my things from the old one to the new one. The breakfast wasn't so great the first day as the scrambled eggs were not very tasty. But they were much better, quite tasty the next day. A different cook? Pepper was missing the 2nd day. I would stay there again.”

”everything was excellent. The only thing I was surprised about was my room wasn't straightened out while I was there. I know that I only stayed two nights and this is what many hotels are doing now but I was just surprised. ”Enjoyed the breakfast but they did not have brown sugar, were out of flavored creamer and had plastic wrapper pieces in the spreadable cream cheese. The sleeper sofa killed my back. That cot must be what it’s like to try and sleep on something in jail. Also the indoor pool was FREEZING!”
