”Everything was excellent ”

”I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (14 years old), 3 people in total and they gave me a room with only a king bed, they were expecting for the three of us to sleep in the king bed. When I asked for at least an extra bed for him, they told me they didn’t have any more extra beds. PS. I specified that my child was 14 years old during the booking.”

”2nd floor hall had bad oder, room wasn’t much better, doors and door casings where people put their hands were dirty, and gross, was horribly uncomfortable, I’ve seen cleaner couches in college dorms, the couch mattress was thin, and my daughter kept complaining about being poked with springs, the site glass in the coffee pots in the breakfast room were so dirty. You could hardly tell how much coffee was in the pot, the bottom of the pool had a layer of grime, and you could literally see the ...

”The staff was good. The area was nice. The bed was comfortable. The shower was great. The carpet and duvet cover were worn. The tv has seen better days. For one night it was fine. It was a big room, plenty of space to spread out. If you are staying for a work trip and only using the room to sleep, it fine”

”House keeping is not regular. They should improve on cleaning rooms daily . I stayed with trash for 3 day. I decided to take out the trash by myself.”

”Beds were rather soft, you can here the noises quite well, breakfast was more or less just a coffee and a muffin, otherwise a good place.”

”Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. ”

”This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...

”Very clean, quiet, good breakfast, great place to stay and safe parking ”

”I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!”
