”2nd floor hall had bad oder, room wasn’t much better, doors and door casings where people put their hands were dirty, and gross, was horribly uncomfortable, I’ve seen cleaner couches in college dorms, the couch mattress was thin, and my daughter kept complaining about being poked with springs, the site glass in the coffee pots in the breakfast room were so dirty. ”The worst place I have ever stayed at very dirty mole everywhere on the ceiling. The curtains smelled like grease and stained on them. The floor was not swiping I can feel the stickiness and dust when walking. No ventilation so the smell of moisture kept me coughing and up both nights that my family was there. The staff was rude and was making a comment about he could have given the rooms to others since we weren’t checking in around 3pm even though I have paid and reserved the room months...

”I booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child (14 years old), 3 people in total and they gave me a room with only a king bed, they were expecting for the three of us to sleep in the king bed. When I asked for at least an extra bed for him, they told me they didn’t have any more extra beds. PS. I specified that my child was 14 years old during the booking.”

”I booked last minute for my toddler and I, because I was locked out of my house and it was late at night. Arrived at 11:55 pm with my toddler asleep. the front desk lady helped me with my bags and made everything as fast as possible. Gave me a first floor room because i didn't want to go too far with my sleeping toddler. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from and i was checked out right after breakfast!”
