”The room was adequate but the bathroom could use refurbishing. Some sltaff were very nice and competent, others not so mufh. Our phone did inot work, totally dead. When I went to the desk I was told simplel that some of the rooms have non working phones. No offer to replalvler il ot address it. BreaKFast was ok; typical of the offering of this level of hotel.”

”Trash. None of the pictures look anything like any of the rooms. The second we got into the room, the floors were sticky. The paint in the room is a dark midnight blue. Single coat, so you can see white specs bleeding through. The tile in front is the vanity for the bathroom mirror was cracked like something extremely heavy was smashed from on it. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke with the comforter hanging multiple cigarette burn marks in it. Even the remote control was sticky! We...

”The room was not clean, stains on the ceiling and wall. Fan light had lots of bugs and dust, you could see it hadn't been cleaned in some time. There was a sheet but no blankets. When we asked for bedding we were told there wasn't any. They did find a blanket with cigarette holes and stains. The latch lock for the door was missing as well. Not removed it looked to be torn off. And I can go on.”

”Easy to find, free parking, continental breakfast was very good, staff was friendly. It was a nice clean establishment. I would stay there again.”

”So the check in process was fairly easy, housekeeping staff in the hallways were extremely nice and helpful when you needed anything. The Front desk staff was okay,, breakfast staff was really attentive . We really enjoyed the closeness to the laundry facilities on the second floor.”

”Great space for a family of 5; however we needed linens for the pullout couch and they were not a comfortable material at all. We ended up going to Walmart to buy a soft blanket.”
