”This hotel should be closed. I booked five rooms.From the moment we arrived, the staff made the place feel uncomfortable. The rooms were dirty — see the photos. In one room a fire alarm was left on a dresser; if a fire had started we might not have known. The showerhead was disgusting, the towels were stained, the walls were filthy, and there was trash under a chair. The manager’s office was cluttered with boxes and presented a serious fire hazard. The laundry room was a mess. I don’t understand...

”I was only there for one night, but they still made me feel right at home in my room. The room was spotless and easy to sleep in. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk”

”Our stay was a rough go. The entire hotel is very tired, not well kept and filthy dirty. The air conditioning had a mind of it's own, and the included breakfast was an experience. Mold in the bathrooms too. Thankfully we only used the hotel to sleep at night, so we weren't there for any extended period of time. But will not stay again. It needs a serious renovation, and a staff to keep it clean!”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was more of a continental style. Only thing that I could suggest is setting a maintenance schedule for the batteries in the room door locks. We had an issue with not being able to get in the room upon arrival but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. They also immediately moved us to another room when the room assigned smelled like someone had smoked in it. Overall the staff was friendly and accommodating. Oh yeah, I recommend that automatic doors...

”First they gave me a room and when I walked in with my key opening the door you could tell someone was already staying in the room. So the gave me another room and the planked floor was in bad shape with the edges sticking up and no remote had to go back up again to get a eemote then I notice they did t replace the shampoo bottles it was half empty. Place needs to be either tore down or remodeled!!!”
