”Resort itself is very nice, renovated recently. Beach is excellent. Attitude of most of the staff is poor, they would need a training in basic customer service skills, especially in the restaurants. Don’t book a la carte restaurants, food quality was very poor, in some places it was impossible to even eat the food served for you. Everything has been prepared in advance and it has been standing on the plate for a very long time. Buffet food was okay, every day super fresh fruits...

”Last time I stayed at Casa Condado they still had, though a very but still, breakfast. Now the breakfast wasn't available, but luckily nearby Pinky's offers SUPERB breakfast with extremely reasonable price. Only improvement I'd hoped was bigger towels, even the shower towels very small and it was quite hard to get yourself dry after the shower, but well, sun does that in Caribian!
