”What an amazing property, the staff was the best, I can’t recommend this property enough. A 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach to then be taken care of by the beach attendant for the hotel was a pleasant surprise. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, refreshments, towels, music,…. Definitely a 5 star across the board… ”

”Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm...

”The location was an amazing by the beach, very relaxing and tranquil. Breakfast area was nice and the three houses looked unique. We stayed in Spanish Villa which had a nice terrace, but the room wasn't as good/clean as in the pictures. We had mixed feelings about the service; part of the staff was friendly but overall the place is not very professionally run. There was a hassle upon check in, and the bar staff is slow and sometimes not even in there. Once we asked two beers just before 1 pm...

”Bathroom was smaller than expected and we could hear other guests as if they were inside our bedroom! No sound insulation at all and they were pretty loud at late hours. Also, no mini fridge which is tough when PR is so hot, we couldn’t chill water.”

”When we arrived nobody was there so no check in, completely dark, we found a lodge with a key in the door so we could use it. Late at night someone arrived. He arranged a breakfast for us the next morning which was very nice. The rest of the stay was ok. ”
