Henkilökunta paikoin ystävällistä, mutta tippirahaa kannattaa varata mukaan paremman palvelun takaamiseksi... Oma concierge aivan huippu, meillä loistava Derlin joka auttoi aivan kaikessa! ”

”I had an okay stay here, largely thanks to the attentive and professional staff who really do their best to look after guests. However, there are several areas where the hotel could improve the guest experience. The most disappointing aspect was the pool area. All of the pools seemed to lack proper filtration; the water was filled with particles and felt uncomfortably warm rather than refreshing. Additionally, many of the pool chairs were dirty. The showers by the beach and pool also suffered...

”This hotel was very disappointing overall. Food options were extremely limited and difficult to find, with painfully slow service everywhere. It took two hours to get a pizza, and the prices were exorbitant—you’ll pay an arm and a leg for basic items. The sushi spot located in the hallway charged $30 for a single roll (Nobu-level pricing), yet guests were walking in wearing bathing suits and flip-flops.The location is in a very touristy downtown area with almost nothing to do except shop one...

”I had a really beautiful stay here overall. The property itself is stunning the pool area especially is exactly what you picture when you think of a relaxing, all-inclusive escape. It’s clean, well-maintained, and easy to settle into. The staff were kind and welcoming, and you can tell they work hard to keep things running smoothly. There were moments where things felt a little slow or unorganized, but nothing that completely took away from the experience more just something to be aware of if...

”Hotelli oli kokonaisuutena upea! Hotellin tilat ja majoitushuoneet olivat erittäin siistejä ja hyvin hoidettuja. Ranta- ja allasalueet siistejä ja aurinkotuoleja riitti hyvin kaikille. Palvelun saaminen ilman espanjan kielen hallintaa oli joidenkin tarjoilijoiden kohdalla hieman haastavaa. All Inclusiven juomatarjonta oli laaja. Vain Muutaman päivän pysähdyksen vuoksi emme päässeet varaamaan erillisiin ravintoloihin paikkoja ollenkaan, joka oli mielestämme huonosti suunniteltu heidän...
