”First off, we end up killing two flying roaches during our stay. Secondly, the phone was out the entire stay. I had to contact front desk via cell. Thirdly, we had no WIFI the first day. We finally got it the last stay. Also, no cable until the last day. View was nice from balcony. I would also point out that front desk could be more attentive and inviting. Maybe my expectations are too high being a Marriott Owner.”

”A lot of money for the conditions of the facilities, A/C has not been given maintenance for a long time, does not cool, uncomfortable bed, old carpet, broken floor, broken closet doors, dirty balcony. The place needs repairs and remodeling. I don't recommend it.”

We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. When we vacation, our non-negotiables are clean, comfortable rooms, and unfortunately, the second item wasn’t met.
