”the majestic Mirage and their staff provide a World class experience like No our valet was top notch the room was spotless and the beach was devine. HOWEVER - Their transportation department "GO MAJESTIC" lacks the same attention to customer based services. Upon being picked up, I was forced to pay someone $30 for beers no one asked for and noone drank. ”The breakfast is great, the pool is big and has a nice kiddy pool for families. There is a beach walking distance and if you rent a car it is easy to find other cool areas of Puerto Rico to enjoy. If you go to a hotel to watch TV then the cable options won't be appealing but I don't go to a hotel to watch TV.”

”Wynham Grand Rio Hotel is by far the best hotel experience l have ever had. I have to saythat the customers service was top of the line(At least my experience). They accomodated when needed and was very generous too. So clean, smells amazing when you walk in, relaxing, no overcrowding of people, easy flow, ready to help at every change. Meals for breakfast was amazing, complimentary upon arrival with champagne the esthetics...l could go on and on. Customer sercice was 10/10. I will be back...
