”This facility is disgusting, the front entrance smelled like a urinal! The floors were filthy there was no staff at the site, other customers were locked out of there room for hours and sat in dark lobby! When asked do a refund because of what I saw and refused to stay there, I was denied! So they kept my money and refused to return it !
