”The room was fine. Primarily rented the room for use of the pool that was advertised open. The pool area lights were turned off and when turned on, many bulbs were out-the pool water was super cold and we asked the staff to turn on the heater-there was no heat on in the pool area either. Staff said that the heater needed 2 days to heat the pool, and stated he could not turn it on without his managers approval, and she was in Florida. While the children froze trying to swim, staff came out and...
