”Its an older hotel but safe and clean. I was disappointed there wasn't bacon or ham in breakfast area and no orange juice. We always use this hotel before our cruises. ”

”Historic building in a good location for exploring Marigny and Bywater, as well as the quarter. The biggest plus here is the staff, who were all so friendly and helpful!
We had a large one bedroom suite with a huge walk-in closet. It had a big comfortable sofa and a leftover kitchenette with a little sink. Given the setup, it would have been nice to have a microwave. Bathroom was remodeled and clean. WiFi and heating/cooling worked well. Complementary drinking water and coffee in the morning....

”the location of the hotel is great - just between Biloxi and Ocean springs. there is a great view of the bay. The room was clean and spacious. the hotel and casino are smoking free wich is great.
the staff was very friendly, I had some issues (not related to the hotel) and the front desk manager went out of her way to help me. ”

”I recently stayed at Holiday Inn FRENCH QUARTER-CHATEAU LEMOYNE, and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The noise from the elevator was unbearable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the hotel staff to address the issue or change my room, they were indifferent and unhelpful. Their lack of concern for guest comfort is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and restful stay.”
