”I had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent—safe, quiet, dining, and comfortable transportation. The area felt welcoming and comfortable, which really added to the experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again.

”This hotel has the most amazing view in Islas Mujeres! Hotel is anazing quiet, and romantic. We were the only guest. We stayed in the El Sol room, amazing view and from the balcony you can access the pool. The staff was amazing and prepared the best lobby coffee ever! Only bad thing was that we spent an entire day without water nor electricity due to improving the electricity in the island which is a good thing. We rented a Golf cart which is the best transportation option in the Island. ”

Manager Anna was very nice but other service could have been slightly more proactive. Fiid is not that great except sea food. Breakfast (continental means toasts) takes an hour due to kitchen...
We were able to change rooms when no hot water. Then family room was big enough and original. Sometimes is not credited...

”Está muy bien ubicada en el centro de la isla , todo queda cerca y cuanta con club de playa . Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas. El hotel es nuevo y tiene alberca en el techo y todo está muy limpio . Viaje familiar nos gustó mucho ”
