”This hotel is a hidden gem. Breakfast is so delicious, love snorkeling at Kin ha every morning, beautiful property with great location.”

”Wonderful family stay at Casa Azul Maya! We did have a ground floor room which was a bit more humid - but the AC kept it cool and it was fine for all of us. Beds were comfortable, staff helpful and room was cleaned everyday with fresh bath and beach towels as needed. The partnership with Loretta’s was perfect; amazing breakfasts, access to pool and ocean were picturesque. South side of the island is much calmer and slower pace -with great food, coffee and Punta Sur—- we’d come back in a heart...

”Praise the Lord for he allowed my husband and I to arrive safely to Islas Mujeres and for allowing us to have an amazing time. Lord willing we will return and book another stay at Impressions. We Loved the beach, the food and above all, we loved the staff and their great great great service. How I wish everyone learned to treat people with kindness and respect in every corner of this earth. Thank you Impressions for making our stay so amazing and we highly recommend to everyone looking for a...

”Clean room easy to get around the property”

”Don’t waste your money or your valuable vacation time on this hotel. The service was terrible! The woman checking people in couldn’t speak any English and upon arrival their credit card machine wasn’t working. It took us over 45 minutes waiting for her to troubleshoot the problem before she let us into the room. She also requested a deposit of $1000 in pesos or some form of identification to keep throughout our stay. We had just arrived and hadn’t obtained funds, so I was forced to give her my...

”The room and property was stunning and we had an unbelievable time. If you don’t stay here you’ll regret it!”

”Property was very nice minus the infinity pool and spas. The infinity pool did not work and was dirty. Spas worked intermittently. Food was very good and staff were awesome! We stayed in a junior suite and the presidential suite the last day - both were well maintained.”

”Todo muy bien, solo que en la regadera no salía el agua caliente”

”Very special place w/ own private beach and peaceful athosphere. Not a luxury and definitely need some renovation all over. But our family lined very much, beach was awesome. Manager Anna was very nice but other service could have been slightly more proactive. Fiid is not that great except sea food. Breakfast (continental means toasts) takes an hour due to kitchen... We were able to change rooms when no hot water. Then family room was big enough and original. Sometimes is not credited...

”This condo was amazing! It was spotless and had everything we needed plus some. The staff on the property was so kind. The beds were super comfortable and the views are to die for!!! We will 100% be back!”

”Amazing stay! Very clean, great location and the pool is fantastic! We will be staying again in the future!”

”Nice hotel with good amenities that you wouldn’t think of like kids sand toys and floats. Best part is the location! Super convenient being close to Hidalgo street and all the restaurants.”
