”From time of arrival, to leaving this property the property itself and the staff met and exceeded all of our expectations. Never have we stayed at a resort where the staff made sure your trip was perfect! Our butlers David and Angel-top notch! ”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult. Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english. ”

”Hyvä ja siisti hotelli.Ranta lähellä uiminen laiturilta.Aamupala piti kuulua hintaan hotels comin mukaan mutta paikanpäällä selvisi aamulla että aamupala on siinä hotellissa listalta tilattava ja maksullinen pettynyt tähän koska mainostetaan että aamupala kuuluu hintaa. ja varausvahvistuksessakin niin lukee.Terassilla ei ollut kalusteita piti itse hakea ravintola tuolit.”

Desde el momento de la reservación ya te están atendiendo personalmente por WhatsApp. La chica Alejandra es muy profesional y simpática . Supero nuestras expectativas. ”Balu Hotel was amazing for our family! We live on the island and wanted to do a staycation for our daughter's birthday. We really appreciated the staff being so kind and welcoming. Loved that our dogs were allowed the rooms allowed easy access for them to go outside. The pool was great - our daughter couldn't get enough of it.
