”We enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar! We stayed in room #1 by the pool. The AC was cold and the room was clean. The views are beautiful. You have full use of the outdoor kitchen and the full size refrigerator is shared by all 6 rooms. Plenty of space for drinks etc. Caribbean Garden next door was excellent for breakfast and dinner. ”The food (both restaurants - there are only two) was mediocre at best. There is a food truck and it is a sad comment that the food truck served much better food than the restaurants - by a long shot. ”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult. Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english. ”

”While the room itself was nice....the location is terrible. There is a view of the ocean, but it's across the street...so it's an ocean view but not ocean front. There is a gas station right beside the room...constant lines of traffic. there is a speed bump right in front, so all vehicles slow down. Two bright street lights shining into the room all night. I would certainly not recommend and def would not stay there again.”

”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”
