”We stayed in one of the rooms with a plunge pool. It was fantastic! We had a great view of the beach and ocean. The bed was comfy and the room was well situated. The hotel is located right on Playa Norte across from another resort. The ocean is so blue and beautiful and there were a lot of fish that would swim near you. The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Alexander. We would definitely stay here again.”

”If you are looking for a place with a great view, very good air conditioning, comfy bed, great food, awesome pool and super close to the ferry dock, look no further. The supplied coffee every day was a bonus. ”

”Loved Nautibeach! Our suite was spacious with a beautiful wrap around deck. The location was great and the Mayan Beach Club had good food. Awesome beach. ”

”Really loud hotel, the main road is loud and with the lack of insulation, you can hear every single golf cart, scooter and music coming from the restaurants. Some restaurant was playing music until 2am and even with noice cancelling headphones, sleeping was difficult. Otherwise quite clean hotel, friendly staff who knows english. ”

”Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel. Sheets were filthy Bathroom was covered in mold Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper. I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience. ”

”Room smelled a lot like cigarettes, specially curtains and bed. Also curtains were full of small holes (moths maybe) Stuff was also kind of rude. Wifi was good and location great, but I would say not worth of the money.”

”The location of this hotel was great, right by the sea, but the hotel room could have been better. We were on the ground floor, I am sure the top floors with balcony are better. A bit damp, dark in the room, cannot recommend it. Nice pool area by the sea. Personnel was not very helpful and friendly unfortunately A big minus was the WiFi, which only worked in the reception area (outdoors), not in the rooms!! ”

”Plaza Almedros is located right at the heart of Isla Mujeres' busiest restaurant street and the beautiful beach Playa Norte. So staying here get ready for the noise of the street or be the one making the noise in it. ;) And grab a beach towel provided by the hotel when going to the beach. Sunsets are awesome here! The room was very spacious and had everything we needed: a fridge, nice clean bathroom and shower with hot water and good pressure, a balcony, safety box and good beds. The staff was...

”Basic accomodation with great location by the North beach. The beach is great and you will have walking distance to all restaurants and shops. The room is very simple and there were not even cups or glasses. Towels and bedlinen good and a small fridge great. I had to keep the curtains closed as there is a corridoor next to the window so everyone can see to the room if the curtain is open. But here, you will enjoy the beach and the food and the drinks, and do not stay in the room anyway.”
