”We truly enjoyed our stay!The hotel's location is quite convenient: a 40-minute walk to the city center, but you can also take the bus, which stops right outside the hotel. The breakfast is beyond praise, fresh and delicious. The room and bathroom are beautifully renovated, and the bed was very comfortable. Absolutely lovely place!”

”I booked a room, which turned out to be very cold. I booked this premium hotel to be comfortable, and I wasn't. I called about this in the evening and they came to fix it. I also called in the morning, but no one came. I might be old-fashioned, but back in the day there would be immediate compensation for a satisfactory resolution, i.e. free breakfast. Something like this would have made up for the issue, but nothing was offered. Feels like "thank you for your £200+, we dont care how it was...

Haluavat vieraiden tietysti ruokailevan hotellissaan. Sululta (lock) menee hyvä kävelyreitti Oxfordiin tai voi hypätä jokilaivan kyytiin, jolloin pääsee noin 40 minuutissa perille.”
