"Public entry and hallways are updated. Room was old and stained. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was not working. Luckily I had a room with a nice water view and balcony. Such a great location. Best Western should really update the rooms."

"Our trip was great! The house was cute and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans as well as things you might forget (syrup, seasonings...). We had a great time at the lake. Debra was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
