”The only negative thing was the air conditioner which only expelled warm or hot air. Otherwise no complaints. We pretty much got what we expected. The walk to the Resorts World Arena was less than 10 minutes. Awesome.”

”Not the biggest room, but bright, fresh & clean. I was in the converted roof area with velux windows. Nice shower (no bath option), lovely warm towel rail at all times, and L’Occitane products. Room has a smart tv with Netflix, a safe, ironing board & iron, good hairdryer, still & sparkling water & tea & coffee making facilities. There is a temp control with fan. Nice quiet room with a very comfortable bed & pillows. There are electric blackout blinds at the windows, but a light that comes...

”From beginning to end, we had a great stay. Member of staff at check in was friendly and professional and when he noticed that my partner used a walking stick he moved our room to a much closer, user friendly room without being asked. We were celebrating our 53rd wedding anniversary and when he found that out, he arrived at our room with a card from all the staff. Lovely touch. ”Negative points Broken bathroom fittings. Tired hotel. Dark rooms with musty smell. This hotel needs a refurbishment. Taps need to be combined. Carpets needs replacing. Good points are helpful staff.. Friendly.. Gave us extra pillows. Quiet and peaceful. Rooms are good sized. ”

”Beautiful stay at this hotel. Lovely character and it gives a great feel for the Shakespeare era with old wooden beams and minutes walk from the RSC. Our room was lovely and clean with great coffee pods! Bfast was absolutely delicious and it was definitely worth having. Plenty of options and the full English was wonderful. Great hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the theatre! But also the pub downstairs is stunning to have a few drinks and relax. Staff are super lovely and accommodating...

”Beautiful room. Lots of space,and soap and body creme too. Shower lovely with shower gel,and shampoo. Breakfast choice was extensive and served at the table. Charming hostess was very attentive, but not overpowering. Would highly recommend it, and hopefully will stay again.”
