”The breakfast was awesome! And what a lovely bonus to have food in the evening and a managers welcome with drinks! We will definitely be staying with Drury Inn and suites again! All of the staff was very helpful and very kind and the girls that did the meals were outstanding! They asked how we were enjoying everything. They told us when things were ready, and just were so happy overall. It was and just we’re so happy overall. It was nice to see people who enjoy their work!”

”Had a family emergency and told the desk clerk before paying him that I would only stay one night instead of two and he told me since I did go through Expedia the refund would be through then. Expedia contacted them the next day and they refused to give me my money for the extra day I did not use . The clerk knew and plus I left way early the next day so they had time to rent out the room I have stayed there before and really enjoyed my stay there but it’s hard to believe they could not refund...

”Friendly checkin , helped me get into a better upgraded room early, there was a charge. No free upgrades at this hotel. Did ask for a late check out with a $50 charge , I declined. The room was really clean and smelled good and furniture seemed new. Customer service was great all around. Water park was fun ! The only real disapointment was the jacuzzis at 2 seperate locations at Sedona upper and lower were broken and pool for Sedona lower was very dirty. We just went to Camelback building and it...

”I chose this hotel as it was very close to Tempe Beach Park(the Reggie Rise Yp Festival was their). I could bot have been happier with my choice. The neighbor hood was beautiful. ”There are no blinds that go down all the way to darken the room, so it was always somewhat light and impeded sleep. Also, the sliding door to our bathroom was broken so the bathroom door couldn't be closed at all.

”Pros:
Amenities like washer/dryer, full kitchenette, snacks, pool, clubhouse/game room. Front desk staff were friendly, property and room were very clean, comfy bed. Many places to eat around the area, 15min easy drive to airport.
Cons: some maintenance needed (warping floors in room, hot tub in outside pool area not working). Our room was close to one of the entrances with a metal gate that clangs loudly when people come and go (which was kind of frequently). There is a sign to not let gate...
