”My sister has mobility challenges. The room where we were originally assigned was not on the first floor. The attendant did some adjusting and got us a room where she could maneuver. The room was lovely . The outside court are was neat, calming and a treat to view out the window. We needed an iron. No problem! Very polite and helpful office staff.”

”I enjoyed my stay at the Laguna Hills Lodge. I did not take advantage of the pool, the breakfast or other amenities as I was visiting family in town and was away from the hotel for most of the time. The room was clean and updated with some modern touches, while the building did show its age with some architectural details. My small 2nd floor patio overlooked the beautiful garden courtyard, which is a great touch. The hotel and other guests were quiet and I could barely hear the nearby freeway....

”The worst experience!
I walked into a smelly, dirty, unsafe room. There were hairs in the tub, and the bed sheets looked dirty. I left right away because I couldn't stay there.
I tried to get a refund, but the manager said he wasn't going to give me one because I had already checked in. He stated that next time I should ask to see the room first. Keep in mind, this was at 11:40 p.m., and then he went on to say that at that time of night they don't show rooms. He was very rude.

”I booked a room last minute and I was very impressed. The young man that helped me at the front desk was very kind. The room was small but very clean with what looked to be new furniture. I absolutely loved the shower head in the bathroom. I had a room located at the back of the property and the parking lot was brightly lit and there wasn’t anyone lurking around. It felt pretty safe.”

”The hotel staff were amazing. Gave me an early check in and a later check out. Ran to my room to turn the disney channel on and set the AC for us. The pool was so spectacular, pretty blue water. It was fun to hear soak city people laughing and playing from the pool. My only issue was the chairs at the pool were wobbly and our pillows were awful. I was surprised by the comfy mattresses. I'll definitely stay here again because you absolutely can not beat that price or the location.”
