”The Burbank Rose is in a great location to the main dining and shopping area in Newport. It was very clean, spacious and the staff were very kind and professional. The free parking lot was about a 15 min. walk (0.7 mi.), which wasn't bad for us. We were able to drop off our luggage, then park and walk to the B&B. We would stay here again.”

”Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room.”

We were in town for a wedding and Mary gave us advice on things to see & do and everything she recommended was great! Also super yummy breakfast…highly recommend!”

”Our innkeeper was very warm and welcoming and took the time to explain everything when we arrived. Our room was bigger than I expected and very clean with a huge beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was delicious ( so big that the second morning my husband and I just split 1 portion so we didn’t waste anything) my only complaint ( and it’s not really that bad, but I wish the morning coffee was a bit stronger, but that won’t keep me from going back there. ) Thanks for making our stay wonderful.
