”I stayed here with my mum for 2 nights to be near my brother. The host was so lovely and helpful. Big thank you. We had a great stay in the apartment and would definitely stay here again. It was perfect. My mum is 83 and could come through the main entrance. No need to use the fire escape stairs. The parking entrance is opposite the shop Lords hardware shop. Only saying that as there’s lots of options and even my satnav got confused!! Bonus that there were community fire works whilst we stayed...

”As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. ”

”The front desk receptionist was covert helpful in giving outbound and inbound directions out into the city. He was very patient as this was our first time in London and he went above and beyond. I did not catch his name but he is an elderly man with glasses. Overall the hotel was clean and had everything you needed for the price. Our bathroom also unfortunately kept leaking water and we had to place lots of towels. ”

”Room was spotless and spacious, the staff are so lovely especially the gentleman who helped us with breakfast. Great location too! Would definitely return ”
