”So impressed with this stay. Amazing for the value. We were trying to stay on budget for our trip and didn’t have to sacrifice comfort here. Pub and convenience stores and fast food is across the property.”
”Lovely hotel, really clean. Staff at reception were super helpful and even made sure we could get dinner although we checked in just after service stopped. Breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked to order.

”Overall I would rate this stay excellent. The room and view was lovely. Super clean and appeared to be newly redecorated. My only complaint would be that the following morning our exit from the floor our room on was blocked. Both stairs and lift with no direction on how to get out. Had their been a fire goodness only knows if we’d have had time to find an alternative way out in time. ”

”Great one night stay. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. I also loved the breakfast hamper in the room - the hotel doesn’t do a formal breakfast, however a very good hamper is provided in your room with granola, dried fruit mix, cornflakes, croissants and apples. There’s also tea/coffee, and milk and yogurt in the fridge. I thought this was a great idea and it was all included in the cost of the room. I would definitely stay there again. ”

”This is our second visit since covid. The place is wonderfully quiet and the pool is good. What lets it down is the hotel and pool area could do with some TLC (and a few quid spending on it). It's a little bit tired & the external appearance shows when you take a closer look. Broken soffits in the newer part and the pool needs to be refurbished before it starts to rot. there was no body wash in the changing rooms and no warning till it was too late. However, there was plenty of tea and coffee...

Out of hours door access was explained which was pertinent to our stay so that was very helpful. However if you do return in the early hours, be aware that a lot of the doors are fire doors and slam shut making a big noise.
The shared facilities were well equipped and very clean.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
