I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. ”I've stayed at the hotel many times in the past before it became a Warner hotel. Although the facilities are still excellent I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the food in the Market Street restaurant (both evening meal and breakfast). Perhaps it was just that the previous standard as a business hotel was higher than current. We also could not get air-conditioning working in our room ((2021) this appeared to of been a problem for a number of the visitors.”

”The property was brilliant, the food was great, the amenities were good. The room was clean, the staff were helpful, the food had great variety and was really tasty and there was enough parking. There was no air conditioner in our room , which was strange as the weather was really hot at almost 30 degrees. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. ”The hotel is on the Thames but that's about the only nice thing about this place. Be prepared to walk along dark narrow hallways and up steep stairs. If you like Victorian boarding houses then this is the place for you. I booked in on a hot night, no air-conditioning. I managed to open one window which almost came off its hinges.
