”The Aida is a beautiful boutique hotel. It is close to the KC streetcar & the art museums. It is well maintained, the rooms are spacious & the staff is very helpful. Cookie treats & fruit are provided as well as Expresso coffee. Regular coffee would be a nice addition.”

”I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best”

”When we booked the hotel it said it had a Jacuzzi and it didn’t also the beds were stiff. Staff was polite.and breakfast was great. also check-in time was a little late to check in at 3 PM.”

”This hotel was awesome to stay in. Very quiet even with a few major sports events going on at the stadium. The breakfast buffet had a great variety except could have used some bananas. They food was always hot and filled and two waffle makers. Great place to stay.”

”While I was excited to stay at your hotel, I was deeply disappointed to find that it heavily pumps synthetic fragrance into the main lobby. While some may view this as a branding choice, synthetic fragrances are a major health barrier. For individuals with fragrance sensitivities, asthma, or chronic migraines, and MCAS which are recognized disabilities, this environment triggers immediate physical distress. This includes respiratory issues and severe headaches. It unfortunately makes the lobby...

”The hotel looked nice, our room was nice, and we were a quick walking distance to the T-Mobile Event Center. The hotel, however, had some very weird elevators. One of them would basically select its own floors. I’d click 4, and it would go to 3 and 5 before finally opening on 4. Our TV also wasn’t connected to the antenna, so we couldn’t watch any of the regular TV channels. We ended up trying to cast from our phones instead, but it would disconnect every 3–5 minutes and we’d have to reconnect...
