"Booked a suite. Arrived early, asked if any chance to get a room earlier because of travelling a lack of sleep. Told, the would call us if possible. No call.. sat at reseption… at 2pm asked again, reply was ”no it is 4pm”. Sat there and watched many guests check in at 2.30. We spoke to the manager and she was no help, just adamant, It turns out, you pay for a suite and you are left till last, so book a normal room, pay less and enjoy your room more. Cleaning: Room was not cleaned properly. Hair and crumbes everywhere. Carpet was taped in the main area with duck tape. Breakfast: no fresh pressed orange juice. Carton juice..cheap.. All ingredients poor. We were assigned a table by the window. Next morning different table. No order to service. This is certainly not THE GRAND "

"Erityismaininnan arvoista oli palvelu. Saimme hotellihuoneen jo klo 11.30, aikainen sisäänkirjautuminen oli varattu klo 13. Ja lähtöpäivänä lähdimme jo ennen aamupalaa, niin hienosti järjestyi ruokaboksi matkaan!"

"We had a exceptionally bad stay here. Air con wasn't working at all and it was like +40C in the room. At least not in the second floor 250€ scum class room we had. We asked for a fan upon check-in from Emmanuel, didn't receive it. Asked it again when we came back to hotel around 11pm, never received it. Not a single word was heard after this. Now it was also too late for us to change the hotel as our flight is already some hours away. We also had a used dirty towel in our bathroom while we got in and also our fridge was not working. When we tried to call about the fan to front desk, the phone was ALSO broken. What an absolute fiasko this whole hotel was. Somewhere after midnight we got some kind of fan to our room which obviously just shoots hot damp air now like in a miserable day in a tropical swamp. This was obviously after third time we asked about it at reception (phone still not working). But you guessed it: the fan/cooler ALSO broke during the night so we went on experiencing this ridiculous place without barely sleeping at all. Check-in was slow. The guy in the reception wanted to talk about all kinds of stories about this and that. Then straight up lied that there is some minor and temporary issues that AC isn't working 100%. I mean it is absolutely not working AT ALL. I can also read from the previous reviews myself that this same issue has been here for MONTHS. Still lying. I would honestly choose an airport bench over this place. I'm sad I didn't."
