”I arrived on a motorcycle with the large carpark to choose from and found a little out of view corner to leave the bike over night and because the hotel appears isolated i wasn't bother about security too much. One enters the hotel through two automatic sliding doors which is a bonus when carrying bags and crash helmets. The first door opens in to a cosy vestibule with seating around a rather modern teardrop shaped lig burner that appears to drip from the ceiling, it would be a wonderful place...

”Fabulous few days here. We stayed in a four poster suite with lake view and it was perfect. The room was spacious with a seating area to view the lake and all the activity on it. The bathroom was great, with the choice of a standing free bath and a modern shower with excellent rain water experience. The bed was extra large and so comfortable with soft pillows and duvet. Plenty of tea, coffee and Kendal mint cake to enjoy a cuppa in the room. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Happy...

”Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying...

”Excellant breakfast choice and period of which this was great. Gym facitilities were ok but not all appeared to be in working order. Cleaan pool. Jacuzzi, steam roon and sauna. Grounds were nice and well kept.”

”Great value for money. The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was amazing The pool and hot tub were an added bonus and we used them every morning before breakfast We had a very relaxing long weekend and will definitely be back in the future ”

”Cracking hotel for the price friendly staff the heating in the room was on it was clean free tea coffee yeah could do with a bit of a make over the buffet breakfast was good bacon sausage bean ect was just help yourself Davey Jones's locker is a good pub cheap and the Moroccan ower is great guy the kinda of bar owner you meet in a bar on holiday I would definitely go back again ”
