”Amazingly friendly welcome. Heading up to the room through a fog of cigarette smoke did not bode well, but, happily, the room was immaculate. Service was second to none. Free parking in market square roght outside the hotel was a great bonus. Will definitely return to The Leven. ”

”Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.”

”There was an issue with my original room, nothing major. I was happy for it to be rectified but the check in staff immediately moved me to better room. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. Food was very good, both dinner and breakfast. Would stay here again. ”

”Plenty of space to park, very quiet, no hassle checking in/out. Communication was great and the staff we spoke to were very polite and happy to help with any inquiries. The only slight issue (which isnt really an issue) is the bathroom light was on a sensor, id prefer a switch so i can decide whether to have the light on or not. ”

”Had a lovely stay here. Welcoming staff on arrival, clean , comfy and spacious rooms, a better than expected gym, and nice food. The rooms were cosy and had everything required, free toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The gym was great considering it was a hotel gym, lots of equipment and free weights. Didn’t use the spa but looked more than good enough and clean. Ate here for breakfast and evening meal. Wasn't a massive menu but a good selection and was enjoyable. A...
