The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. ”Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Hotel rooms were great. The main big problem though was the sheer amount of noise when i stayed the Friday and Saturday night as the hotel has a very busy 1,2 bars/ pubs right behind the hotel and they go on until early hours of the morning so with all that and the hotel itself having big conference facilities it made it impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The main window in the room did not shut properly either and the bath plug was not working. So...

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”
