”I have stayed here about half a dozen times over the last three years as I have family nearby. It is a nice hotel, and I will stay there again. Beds are comfortable and the breakfast is pretty good. The only downside is that the WiFi has been very patchy on my last two visits. ”
”The place it self was first class nice & clean the breakfast was lovely the family room was ok over all I enjoyed the stay the food for the wedding was lovely very filling & I loved how the rooms with the doors was different plenty of room to dance & the kids to let there hair down we all enjoyed the stay .”

”Rooms were good, restaurant and bar were also good. We did have problems with the one way system in Leeds so more explicit instructions for reaching the car park would be use”
”Very quiet location considering how close to all amenities and the high street. Well presented property and very friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. A nice touch was during breakfast we were asked if we’d like to take some fresh croissants home with us which we did. ”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Good location and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Our bedroom was on the small side and no twins available if you are booking for siblings or anyone needing separate beds. ”
