”Easy to find, 15 minutes from utilita stadium. Lovely room, great staff, plenty parking. Lots of glass needed a good clean and windows were dirty in Marco Pierre restaurant. Bed was hard but everything was immaculate in the room. Great breakfast. ”

”It was a decent, comfortable stay. The bathroom smelled a bit funny upon my arrival though. Some improvements that could be made: It's a bit ironic that there are door hanger signs talking about skipping daily cleans to save the natural resources, but there were single-use disposable paper cups and wooden coffee stirrers in the rooms, which seems to me that it's just about the company saving their costs, and not the environment. It would be great if the cafe/restaurant menus were provided...

”Stay here when visiting family, basic stuff beds ok rooms ok bathrooms need a facelift but the shower was hot Didn't have any food this time The only criticism is smoking and smokers sometimes there's a whiff of stale smoke in the lift Also some of the rooms need a deep clean as some aren't adhering to the no smoking in rooms . Maybe the management could carry out the threat of £100 fixed fines Staff are always pleasant and helpful ”

”The guys at reception gave a warm welcome and helped with the bags to our room. Room was basically fine however the kettle could have done with a better clean. Decoration of the room was a little tired, but probably fine for most guys. The full English Breakfast was very good, well cooked and quality produce. My wife is gluten free, so had no alternatives such as porridge. Made do with some bacon and egg. The evening meal was also very good, but with a busy restaurant, service was a little slow....
