Great place in the middle of shops and cafes. So fun!! Only thing I’ll mention is- no hairdryer and no shampoo. Also. Finding it is tricky- that’s totally on us- being American and trying to drive through all the people to figure out where we were was stressful. Once we learned that there was a parking garage- everything was great. Highly recommend location.

My first time In Heidelberg- As described in others reviews, the staff was exceptionally friendly! I had flowers with me and she offered me a vase and even to trim the stems! We also ate at the restaurant and we’re well taken care of. It was good, but the portions were a little small. Some of the reviews mentioned the noise because it is smack-dab in the Altstadt with cafes and restaurants just below.. so it is loud. But if the windows are shut and you use the provided earplugs it’s quite - I’m a very light sleeper and slept really good . But maybe when you book ask ahead of time if you can get a room facing the back of the building but not sure about the view . Also a water cooker or a little coffee machine would have been nice. However There’s a cafe downstairs too, and the coffee was lovely! We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and the Parkhaus P12 along with all the surrounding ones were full. After searching for partaking for an hour, We ended parking near the Hauptbahnhof, Stadtwerke, and took Bus line 20 straight to P12/ Bergbahn station in about 10 min. From there it’s just a few minutes to the hotel! Super relaxed!

Das Lokal und das Zimmer waren sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Es gab sehr viel zu entdecken an kleinen alten hübschen Dingen. Die Inhaber zeigten viel Geschmack und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

처음에 호텔 입구 찾기가 너무 어려웠던거 말고는 좋았어요. 방이랑 화장실이 넓었고, 아침식사가 깔끔하게 나와요. 메인 거리 끝나는 부분에 위치해요.

Super zentrale Lage des Hotels, im Parkhaus P12 konnten wir 24 Stunden für 13€ parken. Herzlicher Empfang im Hotel, das komplette Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer gemütlich und sauber. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr leckeren Brötchen. Gerne immer wieder.

Hotel is in a busy area of town. Parking wasn’t convenient, especially if you have large luggage. The room itself was big and comfortable.

This is an excellent property to stay at as a family as long as you are not a light sleeper. The owner is very nice, speaks English and makes sure everything there is taken care of. The location is in the old section of the city, you literally walk out the door and you have restaurants, bars, stores etc...The food at their restaurant for lunch and dinner is very good. Breakfast is typical European small servings where you serve yourself bread, fruit, small sausages, cereal and some cheeses. I mentioned light sleepers since due to the location at night people are outside downstairs from your window eating and drinking and talking until the places close down. It is fairly quiet and they provide ear plugs if the noise bothers you. For us since we were so busy we just slept as soon as we got back. We will stay here again if we return to Heidelber.

Great hotel choice.
The hotel was in the perfect location, right in the heart of the old city. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very clean. The restaurant downstairs, which you walk through for check-in, was tasty and I had both dinner and breakfast there. Would definitively stay here again. The hotel is boutique, with 13 rooms and family owned, which adds to the appeal.

Excellent location. Very good restaurant. Big white washroom with a bathtub and shower, mirrors and wardrobe (room 4). No air conditioner. The pillow was lumpy. Could be a noise from the kitchen below the room ( after the closure time in the evening).

Enige minpuntje voor ons was het missen van een airco. Tijdens ons bezoek was het gewoon erg mooi weer en dus erg warm in het hotel. Maar ondanks dat hebben we het prima naar onze zin gehad! Top hotel, vriendelijk personeel, en goed eten! Aanrader!
