”My husband and I stayed a couple of nights and were very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms, along with the friendliness of the staff. When we walked in the lobby for check-in, we were immediately greeted and it went very smoothly. Each time walking past the front desk, we were always greeted as well. It was refreshing. The breakfast was really good, but if you wanted oatmeal or pancakes, you had to stand in the long omelet line to get them because they were not self-serve....

”Boca Raton Marriott at Boca Center is a great place to stay. A lot of free parking place, safe and clean enviroment. Hotel is overall fine. Rooms are not very latest ones but they are clean and good enough. Pool area is cozy and relaxing. Boca Center at backyard offer you more places to eat and drink. NOTHING to do with Marriott but must say, they all was fine execpt Panera Bread. Panera Bread was too dirty to be true. Marriott staff was very nice and helpfull. To name one person, I like to...

”$25 a night parking fee, hvac with no control, we stayed in a room that was 63*. Was told by maintenance we could turn fan speed to low but that was all. Then management beat on our door waking us at 9 am and accused of smoking in room, we weren't. Oddly, how does one defend self of that? We invited them to inspect room and when they came in and saw/smelled nothing, no apology. We were not treated like guests. Crossing Hyatt off the list and sharing my experience.”

”Last time I stayed there the toilet didn't flush sometimes and needed extra help. This time the faucet kept running a bit when you turned it off. Doesn't have a continental breakfast, it's extra and it was hard finding someone to help. Person was too busy helping guests check in and out, ect. at the front desk. Some minor things, but overall a nice hotel.”

”All rooms away from the center of the hotel are great. Just don't let them put you in the center. Very load machine noise.”

”The stay was really comfortable, hotel was clean and everyone was friendly however they signed for my packages from Amazon and stole them. They didn’t even offer a compensation for it. But everyone is denying taking the packages however they admit to signing for them but was stolen out of the storage room”

”My bathroom was DIRTY (rings in tub and dirt around side of bath) and the shower had only 1% water pressure (barely a drip) and the tub would NOT drain. Repeated calls for assistance from Engineers produced NO response for more than one hour. I was unable to shower and had to wash using the sink. Very frustrating and a bad start to the day. VERY UNHAPPY with this experience.”
