”The bed was one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The mattress was shockingly bad. You could feel and see every spring which creaked pinged and moved everytime you moved. The room also had mould on the ceiling and an awful smell of musky dampness. My friend had a much nicer room and their bed was okay so it’s luck of the draw I guess.”

”Toooo hooot , it was like in a sauna. The water was burning no cold water at all, the mattress mas punching us in the back the worst mattress ive ever seen. No air-conditioning not even on the holl, everywhere was too hot, and the smell was unbearable. Never again i would not recommend this place. I found places much cheaper with better conditions. Very disappointed, and no way to take the money back. We left as soon as we arrived, we didn't even sleep there. No staff in the place, they are...

”20 -40 people constantly in reception arguing as they can't get their booked rooms. Noise , police and all sorts of fun. Breakfast is separate story, people who were lucky enough to get rooms sitting in room with jam and juice and waiting for misery man who will get their breakfast. Had to ask for refund for mine. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT FOR GOOD.”

”Breakfast was delicious, easy parking, there’s also an overflow parking on the other side of the road (sister hotel). We stayed in York, room was clean, enjoyed the jacuzzi, however the mattress needs an upgrade. Overall great stay! ”
