The Botanica is the NEW LUXURY RESIDENTIAL area in HCM where you can see the mix between traditional and modern living styles, is known as the family friendly areas of the city. This is the perfect place. High security all the time. Resident card to access the building & Elevator. Smart lock with password to access the Apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished, complete privacy, quiet and secure which can host up to 7 people, ideal for business travelers, family (with kids and old people) or a group of friends. It opens up to City view.

5 min to airport; 15 mins to District 1.

In case your arrival time is not during our service time, you can choose Airport Drop-off instead.

* SELF CHECKIN: please get elevator card at mailbox & use passcode provided to enter the door

* CHECK OUT: Please leave Elevator Card on the table, turn off all electricities and close the door.
