”- Room is elegant. I like the style.
- Lobby has a good atmosphere day and night. Nice cocktail and singing.
- Pool is old fashioned, not connecting with any big wardrobe space. You can walk in directly.
- Staff is warm but needs more attention on service. Sometimes I feel confused about some gesture. ”

”Silverland Mây Hotel is truly a gem accommodation in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City. Although rated as four stars, If you want a five star experience hectic six stars in my opinion choose this hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly; the location is super convenient; the spa is outstanding. The pool, oh my that’s all I have to say. The afternoon tea was a very nice surprise. Thank you again Silverland Mây for an amazing experiences. See you again very soon! ”

”Hyvin viihtyisä paikallisen ketjun hotelli, erinomainen palvelu, sujuva sisäänkirjautuminen tervetulojuoman ääressä. Siistit, mukavat huoneet, kunnon suihku. Bonuksena parvekkeella poreamme. Uima-allas ja baari ylimmässä kerroksessa. Hyvä ravintola ja aamiainen. Sijainti oli toimiva, läheltä sai taksin, kun halusi lähteä kauemmas kaupungille. Useita ravintoloita lähistöllä. "Good location. Walking distance to main areas. We had view to Saigon river from high floor, which was nice. Everything works in the room, the staff is friendly and pool area with badminton court and sofa’s is like a little oasis. There are four restaurants inside hotel to select. Buffee dinner is super good and selection of foods is huge. I definitely go back here next time. This has been the best experience in Saigon so far out of nine hotels I have been here."
"I had good time and everything worked well. There are good views from roof restaurant. This hotel is on historical Dong Khoi street so it was safe location. Walking distance to sights and Japan town. Only thing there could be better electrical outlets in room."

It almost seemed that opening the door to hotel customers was too much trouble for them. The staff at the breakfast were very uncertain and slow, and the quality of the service varied (for example, some mornings we were first escorted to the table and immediately asked if we would like to have some coffee, and some mornings these things did not happen at all). It did not feel like customers were appreciated. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The whiskey-sour drinks at the hotel bar were not good at all and they cost almost the same as in Europe. On the positive side, the hotel was near good shopping areas and restaurants. We also enjoyed our room. All in all, we had a great time in Vietnam."
