”The bathroom look great until you turned on the light. Shower tiles had signs of rust or mold in the grout. Flooring was peeling up from the floor at sink and toilet, and was stained. Walls had caked dirt, debris. White based boards had missing paint, and visible dirt. Fan did not work, and was covered in dirt. ”

”Our room was comfortable and well presented, check in was easy and welcoming. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location right by the park and a short stroll from Lark Lane. A few minor DIY jobs need seeing to in the room and bathroom which do not impact the function of the room but make it feel a little run down- things like light a light bulb needing replacing, some skirting board coming away in the bathroom, and redundant fixtures from when hand soap used to be supplied in bottles...
