”If you are going to Anfield Rosd for a match, then I can highly recomment this guesthouse! Staff contacted us the day befor to give us all information needed and were very helpfull and responded quickly to our questions. Will 100% use this option next time I will go for a Liverpool match.”

”Cozy Place is strategically located for visiting Liverpool's main attractions. The place is welcoming, the rooms and bathroom are clean, and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. The owner is friendly and helpful. Recommended!”

”Good place for short stay. This is a student accommodation and it is close to the campus of several universities in Liverpool. The staff is gentle and proactive, the facility is clean and well maintained. I felt safe and comfortable for the purpose which was related to academic matters. I recommend it.”

”So tired. Mattresses awful, room smelt of urine, no hot water. Water was brown. Sheets and towels were clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Whomever owns this needs to invest in it, as it has so much potential. Until they do, avoid it!”

”It was a lovely well equipped air B and B. Very good location and good communication with the owner who got back to me pretty quickly when I contacted her. Very comfortable bed and a nice shower room. Accessible to all even the slightly less mobile. ”

”The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...

”On our original room that we had booked , our door wouldn't lock , we had a heplful man who didn't work at the property change us too a room , however this wasn't clean. The toilet had stains on and the sheets had bugs on. Overall disappointed with or stay”
