”Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more.

”The bedrooms were quite shabby. The carpet was stained, the TV remote didn't work, nor did the bathroom fan and the dressing table chair was worn through.
In my husband's room the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and the wall heater was very marked and dirty.
Every other guest we spoke to had similar stories.
To be fair, the public rooms were in a better condition.”
