”The check in process was smooth but lack upfront notification of extract charges of parking fees. It was upon checkout that this information was given. Very disappointed with lack of transparency.”

”Room appeared clean but found several small live roaches. We don't keep trash in our room. Very noisy, people screaming and fighting with each other. Wi -fi intermittent. Tv channel selection TERRIBLE !! Breakfast was a joke, generic sugary cereal, apples, only good thing was yogurt. Truck from construction was overflowing with trash outside our door. Would not stay there again. I don't recommend.”

”Day 1 coming out of the elevator, the hallway on the second floor smell like weed(STRONG). Ask for bed sheets and all that because the sofa bed didn’t have anything, they brought some bed sheets(not enough) no pillows. The lady said she was going to bring pillows and never did. Called the front desk a few times with no answer. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Day 2, got ln the elevator to go down and the elevator smell like dog pee really bad odor”

”Many cockroaches and other bugs in the room everywhere. AC barely worked properly. And shower did not turn on at all”

”As usual, our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I find Hampton Inn, no matter what state or city, it is always consistently pleasant. It's welcoming, clean, has comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast! Oh, and coffee is available 24/7! We will visit again!”

”Property needs updating in a bad way. It was mostly clean but there's only so much they can do. Bathtub had a slow drip leak you could hear all night and consequently tub nonslip mat had mold. Was asked not to lower a/c below 70 degrees so it wouldn't freeze up. Breakfast was pretty minimal. Good location.”

”We got there our sheets were not changed. I had to wait like 30 minutes for someone to show up in the front desk to get cleaned sheets. Finally someone showed up and I asked them for new sheets and they provided me with even dirtier sheets. Needless to say, I am never staying at this place. I had no other choice because we had traveled 4 hours to get there and there was no other hotel we could stay at because there was a concert happening that weekend.”

”Very polite and easy check in, room was very clean!! Comfortable bed, pillows. Amenities fantastic with the indoor pool. Breakfast was very well organized with plenty of options. I would definitely return!!”

”The floors were dirty. Room had a musky smell. Sheets were not properly cleaned.”

”Staff was not on shift at 9 am for assistance. Television remote control would not turn volume up or down, hallways were horrible ( dirty ) and smelling like weed, crack and cigarettes’ yet they insisted that it’s a smoke free environment. Definitely need to be more professional. Air conditioner needs new filters I had to buy some air freshener to spray the filter so the room would smell like me( a million bucks). I digress.”

”The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.”

”For the price, this hotel is a great choice.”

”We dropped our luggage and left for business meetings. When we came back in the evening, we saw the tub full of termites and also termites on the pillows of the bed. Speaking with the manager to tell him what we saw, he refused a refund. We had to find another accommodation at 9 PM!”
