With this comes issues with either a very steep staircase up to the rooms or use of an emergency exit at the rear (which is made of metal steps with a precarious old mat dangerously situated at the top). "Excellent and clean, modern hotel with all the necessary services, and a great restaurant. The hotel Wifi is untrustworthy. I am working globally with delivering remote training programs and facilitating events online. I had chosen this hotel while reading up on that they'd offer an executive wifi package. Unfortunately that is not available. The wifi was fine (20 Mb) until 3pm when all guests started checking in dropped to (3-5 Mb). My facilitation was disrupted and I had to go down to the lobby cafe (noisy) to deliver my training session. This was very unfortunate. "
