”Check in was a pleasure and nothing seemed the be too much for the staff at reception. Everything was explained to us and everything we needed was in our room waiting for us. The food in the bar/restaurant was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond to cater for us and our dog.”

”I had a wonderful stay! The room is wonderfully appointed, quite large and very cozy. I was thrilled at seeing it. I'm still thinking about the amazing claw foot tub! The food at the Bower House below is absolutely delicious and the staff are incredibly kind and service-oriented. I hope I get to stay here soon again. The downtown area that the restaurant and rooms are in is so charming with many shops, restaurants, etc. I loved my three night stay”

”Aside from check-in being a bit of a sham and WiFi not being quite as good as advertised, nothing really to fault about Heythrop. Beautiful building in an idyllic location.
